Today's RE/MAX Over the Mountain office was originally founded as Fiore Real Estate. Commmitted to building a referral-based business and encouraging and training agents to do the same, we seek to serve our clients at a deep level before during and after the transaction. Our Agents
RE/MAX Over the Mountain agents have a wide range of experience and backgrounds but they have one thing in common, a desire to serve their clients at a deep level. Our agents, working by referral, are willing and encouraged to assist in the success of the other agents in the office. This cooperative spirit has shaped the willing culture agents feel at RE/MAX Over the Mountain.
Training
RE/MAX Over the Mountain places a high value in training. The typical real estate office focuses on providing time-worn prospecting strategies that are outdated and not effective in today's market. In addition, technical training is emphasized over actually helping the agents establish their business to generate income for years to come. RE/MAX Over the Mountain offers Brian Buffini's "100 Days To Greatness". This 13 week course provides all the training, marketing materials and daily task assignments necessary to launch a new agent or jump start an experienced agent. The course material is coupled with high accountability and a step-by-step process so that agens know exactly what to do on a daily basis to be a success. "100 Days to Greatness" has been adopted as the official new agent training curriculum for RE/MAX International.
